Beacon Mobility is seeking a high-performing Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional leaders who will shape the future of our organization. This role focuses on executive and strategic hiring across Beacon's portfolio of operating companies.

The Executive Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and exceptional candidate experiences while ensuring every search reflects Beacon's values and commitment to people-first leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Search & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for leadership positions across Beacon.
  • Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Manage confidential and highly sensitive searches.
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner directly with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and leadership requirements.
  • Facilitate intake meetings and develop search strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as a consultant on talent market trends, compensation, organizational design, and hiring strategies.
  • Assist in hiring decisions through data, assessments, and structured interview processes.
Candidate Assessment & Selection
  • Conduct executive-level interviews and behavioral assessments.
  • Evaluate leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and long-term organizational fit.
  • Coordinate executive interview panels and debrief sessions.
  • Present candidate evaluations and recommendations to senior leadership.
Executive Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive candidates.
  • Ensure professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Support offer negotiations and executive onboarding transitions.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Track executive recruiting metrics and search effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of KPIs.
  • Provide recruiting updates and search status reports to senior leadership.
